A decoction of ginger mixture

Since antiquity, ginger is known to cure nausea, including those that occur during pregnancy. A remedy
more valuable than many drugs are not recommended in this context. The same remedy also prevents seasickness, motion sickness or nausea due to medication side effects.

Preparation:
Put in a saucepan 2 g of dried ginger powder or 5 grams of fresh ginger (1 slice of rhizome 3 mm thick).
Pour 25 cl of cold water over it.
Bring to boil and simmer until the liquid has reduced by 1 / 3.
Filter.

Use
Drink this decoction one hour before being exposed to nausea, repeating the dose every 4 hours as needed, or else drink the decoction when nausea.
Warning!
It is recommended that pregnant women do not ingest more than 10 grams of ginger a day, so no more than 2 cups of brew!
